30-day returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Opened cosmetics and skincare (for hygiene reasons)
• Pierced earrings
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards

Cell phones

Phones must be returned within 15 days, factory reset, with all accessories and original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number. We will email return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
