How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1 business day. Standard shipping arrives in 5–7 business days and Express in 2–3 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can take a few extra days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — Standard shipping is free on orders over $49 within the United States.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Not yet. We currently ship to all 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico.

What is your return policy?

You can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details and exclusions.

How do I choose my jutti size?

Use the Size Guide on any jutti product page. Jutti soften with wear; if you are between sizes or have wide feet, choose one size up.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal — we never store your card details.

Can I check out without an account?

Yes. Guest checkout is available, and you can track your order with your order number and email.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. You can also use the Track Order page or your account.
